stick's "lessons" leak out in matt's general life philosophies, though? oh, i gotta consider this a little more. i think especially when vanessa shows up on the scene - because matt is less guarded around women, i think - it becomes clear that someone - not jack murdock but someone - put some Very Worrying Ideas in matt's head.
