Weapon/device that messes with matt's hearing

I remember reading a comic where the bad guy had a device that deafened Matt? Like made some sonic/high frequency noise that messed with his hearing...I think it was waid's run? And Matt was up on a roof. Does anyone know what that thing was/what issue it was? :/

Any loud sounds or extreme smells throw Matt off, and I don't remember if he's the first one to use it but the Punisher has used sonic grenades, and has mucked together air raid sirens to bring Matt to his knees. Captain America has used very specific chaff grenades against Matt to scramble his senses and weaken him, too. Now that I think about it, Matt's friends might be responsible for showing his enemies how to capitalize on Matt's senses, ugh.

Just came across this in a Hulk/DD crossover today where the two of them are sent by SHIELD to infiltrate a base where Zemo and his ultra bad weapons stash is located. There was a weapon with a subatomic weapon that had a sound glitch and every time it went off DD was basically screaming like someone was killing him. It didn't have an actual name, but they kept referring to it as a sonic weapon.
