If they'd put any effort into it, I could believe that they were aware of each other to an extent, but their paths never crossed.
'The Devil' was just kind of around doing his own thing until Fisk exploded the Russians. Jessica might see him, but she had no reason to seek him out.
Matt would hear about Kilgrave, but he doesn't have a list of goons to punch the information out of like Fisk did. Unless he was working with Jessica, he'd only hear about the kilgravings when it was too late to so anything
Jessica might see a sudden influx in blind Asian people and sketchy rich people cars, but even after the bombings she doesn't have enough of an investment in the Kitchen itself to go after the mob. Once Kilgrave comes back, nothing else really matters, and she isn't going to team up with The Devil when she doesn't know or trust him.
