There’s a new podcast out with interviews with Charlie, Elodie, Karen and Marco (showrunner).

Near the end, there’s a lot of great stuff about Karen, plus the tidbit that she’s going to have interesting interactions with the ‘new editions.’ Turk is back. The showrunner sounds excited about Matt’s interactions between Frank, Elecktra, Claire and Stick (this showrunner sounds like a really big fan of Frank, actually). An unsurprising mention of the Hand. Lot of love for NYC. Interesting stuff.
(If, like me, you were a little worried about the dynamic between Foggy and Matt in S2, there’s a great tidbit about them at 30:33 -
“It’s very much the same dynamic, and the love those two have betwe- – the love those two characters have for each other is pretty fantastic. That’s the kind of thing that’s hard to lose, it’s impossible to lose. So that continues over. It’s obviously deepened and developed in some way because one of them knows the other is being secret. I really ant to see if they are gonna be interacting with everyone. I mean Foggy had to knwo Elektra, not about what she does and will be kind of hilarious when he learns Tthat Elektra's is kinda like Matt.

this lil ask marvel video has just made me fall in love with jon bernthal he is very gruff and very smiley and i am very heart eyes about him (also: i'm assuming deborah just came off set b/c there's a small bandage near her hairline which makes me very intrigued)

I'm already a huge Matt/Frank shipper because of the comics but watching Charlie and Jon being soooo ridiculously cute and smiley and adorable and physically intimate (hugs and hands and there's some gravitational pull happening between them) together is selling the Fratt in ways I didn't expect. And nobody can possibly have more hearteyes for Jon than Charlie, honestly.
i saw him in the walking dead first and i didn't like him but that was really because i hated the character (which i guess goes to show that he's an excellent actor) but then i saw him in me and earl and the dying girl and i was pretty much instantly head over heels. he's beautiful.
So I used to be part of a community that hosted writing sprints in a chat room.
You'd go in, chit chat for a bit with other writers, then the host would call out a random chunk of time - 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 5, 20 - and the chat would go silent as everyone wrote until the host called a halt. (and traditionally you'd share how many words you wrote, but it wasn't mandatory.)
Then there'd be a break until the host called the next chunk of time.
It really helped me be more productive and the chance to talk with other writers was invaluable. I was wondering if people here would be interested in doing a DD writing sprint chat? Might be useful for those who want to crank out some last minute fics before the premier, too.

He's going to make an amazing Punisher! I'm so excited to see him opposite Charlie Cox and the reviews are all taking about how the first few episodes are all them them them. Plus all the interviews of the cast have been cuuuuute and they're seems to be some excellent chemistry between Charlie and Jon. And isn't Job such a sweetie?
LOL yes to Charlie's heart eyes for Jon! I was watching an interview today and Jon was explaining how he'd seen s1 and was so impressed that he asked to get involved with the show because he wanted to work with Charlie, and the whole time Jon was talking Charlie was watching him and omg his darling tiny pleased smile to hear Jon say such nice things? and the little look away blushy face Charlie does? Those two are going to be so good on screen together!

There's SO much going on and yeah those kids made me think of Killgrave's kids too lol. Might be my imagination but it seems like Matt's going to have so many fannish pairings after this season? I'm still not crazy about MattxKaren but MattxElektra lol omg she threatens to kill him and then KISSES HIM, yaaaas. But MattxFrank? I'm a convert. I'm here for the Elektra vs Stick fight. Think Matt'll step in and save her? Or save Stick? Questions questions...
