That's the thing though, isn't it - Matt secretly goes against his own owner, hiding his identity and risking EVERYTHING with nothing but a thin cloth to protect him.
I feel like that's inevitably where he'll end up, if he does put the mask on.
And, yeah, the moment Fisk has his identity it's over. He doesn't need to use Adria against Matt.
But he might want to use her against the Devil, if we play our cards right.
(I'm just not sure what "right" looks like yet - you're right, we'll see with the plot:))
