Foggy stumbles upon a professor (or someone high up from Landman & Zack) touching Matt inappropriately a la Legally Blonde. Foggy thinks it's consensual and that's how Matt always have been one step ahead of him in school.

You decide what happens next, if Foggy confronts Matt and Matt internalized it and is like "yeah you are right Foggy, I am disgusting :(" and Foggy finds out much later what was really going on, or if Foggy finds out very quick that Matt didn't consent to whatever was happening and brings chaos upon the professor/L&S lawyer
