I'd like a longer hurt/comfort fic that includes Matt getting not only hurt, but also very disoriented. It doesn't have to be a brain injury, it could be the result of some kind of poison or tranquiliser that will wear off eventually. In the meantime, he's in and out of it. Somehow he ends up in a safe place, maybe home, and gets Claire (and Foggy, too, if you like) to come over and help put him back together. But he's so disoriented that he keeps lashing out, maybe even hitting Claire (or Foggy) by accident. She gets so fed up with it that she cries, "Matt, if you do that one more time, I'll do what we do in the hospital with violent patients, and tie your hands down!" And naturally, he does, so she keeps her word. When Matt wakes up properly and finds he's restrained, he get all panicky. But when he finds out he's hurt Claire (or Foggy), he's devastated.
