So I figure RPS about superheroes is the kind of thing that's really popular on Tumblr within the Marvel universe.
So suppose a couple of years go by, and while Daredevil has managed to keep his identity a secret, the tabloids have started to pick up that the law firm Nelson & Murdock tends to be associated with a lot of the same cases as Daredevil. The internet collectively comes to the obvious conclusion: suddenly fictional!AO3 is inundated with fic about the epic love affair between the vigilante Daredevil and that really photogenic blind lawyer he probably sometimes hangs out with. :D
I want to read some really horrible fictional RPF, anons, written by fictional authors who scour YouTube for Daredevil sightings, who obsessively catalog every bit of information about Matt Murdock available on the public record (and then some), and who are absolutely convinced that the two are having a tragic, star-crossed love affair.
I also really want to see everyone's reactions to this development.
Bonus points if the villains start picking up on it, too, and Matt starts getting targeted as a way to get to Daredevil. Extra bonus points if he ends up encouraging it, since at least if he's the one getting kidnapped then it's not Karen or Foggy.
