If canon setting, I'm not sure exactly how to handle Matt's secret identity, but I guess she could have a third identity? By day she's a blind lawyer, by night she's Daredevil, and on the roller rink she's her own twin sister, Mikaela Murdock. Or if you want, something less ridiculous.
