So Foggy gets in trouble, I don't even care how - a mugging, a meeting with a witness that goes wrong, he pisses off the wrong mafioso - and Daredevil shows up to save the day! Only - Foggy hadn't thought that heroes needed to stand quite that close when hero-ing. Or be that smirky. Or be that much of a shameless tease while the cops are on the way. Foggy's brain maybe breaks a little.
Bonus 1: Matt refuses to act like anything is weird when out of the suit. During the day, he's just serious, steady Matt Murdock, not a smirk or innuendo or straying hand anywhere to be seen. Foggy is half-convinced Matt is screwing with him. (possibly Matt is just avoiding it/freaking out/making it up as he goes along? Matt lets himself get away with a lot when he's in the mask, but day!Matt needs to play by the old rules, even if they're self-imposed.)
Bonus 2: after the first couple times Daredevil hits on him, Foggy gets a little fed up and thinks something like, 'Fine. If that's how you want to play this, Murdock, then that is how we will play it.' And then Foggy starts flirting back with DD in earnest, mostly just to see what Matt will do. That's when things start to...escalate. :D
