While I imagine that Peter trying to explain to Matt that he's not an homeless child would be awkward and hilarious, Frank might unintentionally come off as very threatening, especially given his reputation!
Like Frank says "I'm gonna have a talk with your parents" and Peter's like "YOU GO ANYWHERE NEAR MY FAMILY AND I WILL END YOU."
