So yeah, maybe Fisk is trying to hunt down Matt but he can't find him because Matt's got nothing. It could be that Vanessa's the one to find him. She's come back to the States, visiting an art gallery just to scope out the competition or whatever, and when she leaves that night she sees Matt in an alley. She lets Fisk know, and it just strikes a chord somewhere in him for whatever reason. Maybe they politely bully him into staying with them, under the pretense of trying to be better people, or maybe just saying Matt's too pathetic to even think about fighting right now. Fisk was oddly honorable with Vanessa when they first met, I bet he'd have an issue with trying to destroy someone that's as entirely helpless as Matt would be. It could turn into something like what Elektra had been doing. Fisk feeding Matt money, getting him up onto his feet, but, you know, they probably manage to prod him into actually using the money. But where would it end? That decides everything, because Matt can't keep Daredevil from Fisk forever. He might not be deliberately hiding Daredevil from Fisk, but there's only so far he can go before Fisk ends up seeing the scars or Fisk finally recognizing Matt's voice as Daredevil's.
