Matt's Enemy

Matt Murdock has hardly lived a charmed life however he has had it easier than othrs for sure. Somehow though someone sees his life through some skewed perspective. Father dies and leaves him a massive inheritance. He got a private education via orphanage. He has a ton of scholarships from his disability (and academics but they don't see that). Not to mention he has suddenly gotten a lot of money from a dead heiress. Matt is clearly living an easy life while they (OC or character of choice) have tried so hard and gotten less than him.

People are bemused when the individual declares he hates Matt Murdock.

They also suspect he's Daredevil so they think the to man is faking it.

So cue person trying to prove it. They're just really bad at it. They leave water in seats. Write "WE KNOW YOU'RE DAREDEVIL." on his wall. They flash seizure inducing lightening. Matt meanwhile just keeps trucking on his life like nothing.

Does Matt and Karen's relationship grow, and when does Karen find out about Matt's nocturnal hobby (if at all)?

Matt/Foggy, Foggy Carrying Matt and/or Other Things

Basically, excuses for Matt to say/think, ‘wow, you’re strong.’

Maybe in college a tipsy Matt managed to twist his ankle on the ice and Foggy carried him piggyback to the dorm. When moving into apartments and offices, you know Foggy was the one doing the heavy lifting, by necessity. Then there was when Foggy carried Matt down from the roof, though Matt probably doesn’t remember all of that. Any scenario works!

Not looking for superpower levels of strength or anything like that, just Matt being appreciative of Foggy’s solidity and presence.

+ There are very few people who fit in the category “valuable”, maybe just superheros and/or the super talented.

++ At first Daredevil comes off as cold, short, and not good with people in general when really he is just nervous (and perhaps trying to not give away his identity?)

+++ Matt’s a little shy when it comes to mating and having kids

++++ Male/male pairings (Mpreg is good too, either Matt or someone else)

+++++ Alpha / beta / omega dynamics, with Matt being either a really subby alpha mating with the Avengers omegas, or a rare omega surrounded by superhero alphas.

Foggy Nelson, the Criminal (and Amnesiac) Mastermind - Matt/Foggy

Inspiration taken from a classic dS fic -

While bluffing his way through a hive of bad guys, Foggy is bumped on the head and gets amnesia. The cover story he gave to mingle with the bad guys is the only information he has to reconstruct his identity. Unfortunately, his cover story was that he is a criminal. Possibly a mastermind.

And why wouldn’t he think he’s a criminal? Sure, he can tell that he’s not comfortable with violence but he definitely knows all this stuff about law breaking. And how to stay out of jail. And basic care for bullet wounds.

Also, there’s the little fact that Daredevil himself keeps trying to hunt him down. Clearly he’s SOME kind of criminal. But it's fine. He just needs to get through the next however many days until his memory comes back, maybe run a simple job or two, that's all.


+100 for Matt trying to get Foggy to remember his life but he has to be really, really careful about what he reveals because telling criminal!Foggy Daredevil’s true identity is probably not a good plan.

+1000 for Foggy jumping to the conclusion that he used to have a ~thing with Daredevil because the guy won’t leave him alone, refuses to punch him and keeps talking about how he KNOWS Foggy.

Foggy sees Matt getting more and more stressed about his seond job everyday so he is acting as a good friend when he tels Matt thatb he can give him a good massage to release stress.

Matt doesnt believe Foggy is good at it But he accepts anyways.

Foggy goes full spa on Matt, he knows the guy likes to relax so some scented candles could work, some white noise sound to help him a bit more and a goodnatural oil cause he knows some chemicals can screw up Matt up.

Matt is pleased and surprised at how good Foggy actually is. So good he gets hard, Foggy's rough and strong hands working the kinks on his body got him all rile up and whe Foggy ask him to turn there is no way Foggy wont see what's happening.

Fight Club-esque daredevil

An AU where everything is the same except Daredevil does not know he's Matt Murdock.

OK, so I've seen the prompt where Matt doesn't know he's Daredevil because he wasn't aware of his alternate personality.

But I have recently finished fight club (Dear God the twist ending to end all twist endings) So I was struck with the idea of Daredevil thinking he is a demon come out in human form.

(so he isn't surprised with the whole, oh I can get hurt, shit! Because he believes he's in a complete human form)

He still meets Claire, but she finds out his identity on her own. (Hey, that blind lawyer looks awfully familiar- wait, MIKE?)

Matt knows he's the devil of hell's kitchen, Matt is completely aware of his multiple personality disorder, he doesn't seek help because Matt knows Daredevil is seeking justice where Matthew Murdock attorney at law can't.

So eventually we get to where foggy finds out, but this time Daredevil has no clue who he is and finds some extra spurt of adrenaline in him to stand up and try to run from foggy.

Of course he collapses and has no choice but to let foggy help him. (Who's Matty? I'm the devil of hell's kitchen) But instead of foggy calling just hotty Mcburnerphone he calls Karen too.

Up to the writer if they have Matt explain everything (Tell the whole truth)
Or if Matt tries to hide that he has multiple personalities.

+Bonus if stick is another personality

+Punisher is frank castles other personality that he used in the war but has taken over because seeing his family murdered made frank 'unfit' to be the dominate personality
+if matt and his friends help frank recover his true self
+If Daredevil never finds out about matt and just thinks he has a group of weird fans following him (Oh and since daredevil is most likely born when matt tried every legal way to help the abused little girl but failed, i really dont think daredevil will be able to know what 'Sight' is and thinks everyone just has a duller version of his own senses)

He tries to deal with all the noise and all the senses overload that Matt has to deal with and why not he gains knowledge on how to fight because the magic was fucked up that way.

Meanwhile Matt is out on patroll one day when he hears some yellign and someone being beat up.

It's Foggy beating the crap out of someone with his baseball bat. Foggy runs. Matt goes after him to know what the hell is going on...

At the end both realized that both of them were wrong on their behaviour and try to work out for the better.
