It might not be slotted in with the Defenders shows 2 a year schedule because Frank isn't part of the defenders, and the showrunners look completely unrelated to the other stuff so far, so maybe we'll still get DDS3 (since I assume we're going to) at the time we were already going to before they ordered the Punisher series.
