I think my favorite was the way you set up that Matt has memorized the sound of Consolidated Global's watch, because that's the kind of insane detail that sells, y'know, setting, plot, character - once Matt Murdock decides you're shifty, that's it, game is over.

*whines* my god i think the part that is kicking my ass (all of it is kicking my ass, i'm so glad i have people holding my hands) is fisk's character. i dunno bout you, but my feeling is that D'Onofrio sells the complicated Fisk scenes on 80/90% with his body language and his facial expressions. which is great! it is so good! and it makes this kind of thing suuuper tricky for me because matt murdock has real trouble picking up on subtle body language and facial expressions.

fun! because then there is catastrophe! but also a nightmare. :D

i cannot wait for vanessa to come in, here; I had to mostly leave her out because trying to work her in intimidated me. you don't even know how excited i am to see how you work her and fisk and matt into this story, yikes.

now i know where we are, in your story. *curls up happily* oh man so good, this is just a treat.
