What are the odds that in a yelling match where Matt feels already betrayed and then also finds out that whole not-aging thing he just goes 'oh I must have been the ideal 'friend' then' Idk...Foggy probably didn't think. He lived the first 100 years or so and then couldn't stand the whole seeing people die anymore and tried to become a hermit but then he missed EMOTIONS and HUMANS and went back to become a lawyer and he never meant to become so attached again but then this baby duckling flew in his room and he knows this can't last forever but he's ignoring all that for now because as long as he doesn't have any close and regular contact with seeing people some make up will fool them at least for some years and he will think about everything later.
(No idea on the family... Like the wife would have to know and then they had to fake stuff...)
