I'm still trying to get my head round the pseudo-science that makes the clothes somehow disappear in a void (not that I'm complaining...like not at all). But generally...good question. It would all depend on whether Muggles ordinary humans would sense magic in the first place because if they can't then Matt wouldn't either as he hasn't any additional magical-senses just very pronounced normal ones. If you go down the 'Muggles feel something odd when magic happens because...idk the air-flow changes and there's noises that ordinary ears can't pick up' then he would. And I'm just seriously considering the physics of two shows that don't really care about physics even outside the whole immortality/superpower thing...and I have always been crap at physics. Send help.
