As much game as male Matt has, I feel like if he were female, guys would be too intimidated by her hotness and blindness to ask her out. She starts wondering if it's because she's actually ugly, and everyone's too nice to tell her. So, one night, she asks Foggy how she looks, and Foggy describes her in almost intimate detail-- and then Matt wants to know if she looks good naked. It's half because she genuinely wants to know, but also half to see if seducing Foggy is at all possible. She takes off her clothes, and she can hear Foggy's heart racing, which she hadn't expected. Foggy's attraction to her is reassuring, and Foggy stuttering over "you, um, well-- your breasts are. very nice. um." and Matt just kisses her.
