Drive-by anon here. I don't have OCD but I do have a host of other mental health issues and I wish I'd been able to start addressing them in therapy when I was that age. I'm really glad you were able to find the tools to help you. And strangely I think it's a good place for this kind of confession? It's amazing how many people here who do know what it's like to have mental health problems. And like I think that's why it means so much to see prompts like this that get filled in a loving, respectful way.
