fill :: want and need (1/2)

whoops, here comes my secret kink.

back in the days of their old firm where the name escapes me because i am garbage and it's been a long day.

----------------

It had been a long, long meeting. Foggy always hated those, sitting with a client for a few hours while they continued to repeat the same thing over and over again, was the single thing that could ever make him reconsider being a lawyer.

He knew it was going to be a long day from the moment the client walked in the door, sitting by Matt and the client's lawyer as the suited man ranted on about the other man in the beat up Toyota who rammed into his brand new Mercedes.

So he probably shouldn't have drunken all of that coffee. Matt had even commented when he ordered the large, telling him that it probably wasn't a good idea because of their meeting.

Foggy had shrugged him off, ordering the coffee anyways, but now he was regretting that decision.

Three hours in and with no end in sight, the need to go to the bathroom was rising steadily. Long past the point where holding it comfortably was an option, Foggy was growing quite desperate. But the client continued to go off on the beat up Toyota putting a small scratch into his Benz, and how he was going to sue the poor bastard for all he was worth from the minimum wage job he worked.

Suddenly it became too much. He managed to hold back the gasp but he couldn't help himself from slamming his palms down on the table as he stood up.

"That sucks! You should totally sue the guy! But I've got to use the bathroom!" He exclaimed, turning quickly and leaving before the embarrassment sunk in.

Unfortunately for him, the twentieth floor didn't have bathrooms. And the closest bathrooms were in the lobby. Foggy had noticed the flaw in the back of his mind but didn't quite think that it would've been an issue until now.

As he waddled to the elevator, practically pushing past everyone who seemed to be standing in the middle of the hallway for no reason, he didn't notice that Matt was following him until the other man entered the doors before they closed.

"...Are you okay?" Matt asked him, tilting his head slightly.

Foggy sighed.

"You were right. I should not have ordered that coffee."

Matt's concerned half smile turned up into the typical Murdock smirk, the one he gave whenever Foggy admitted that he was right.

Neither of them spoke for a few moments as what seemed like the world's slowest elevator moved past the seventeenth floor, continuing it's descent. It was on the beep from the sixteenth floor when Matt spoke again.

"Personally, I think you look hot like this."

If Foggy had been drinking something, he would've done that comical spit-take thing from those old comedies that he watched.

Instead, he only spluttered out a weak "W-What?!"

"Yeah."
"Do...Do you want me to...y'know..."
"Piss yourself."
"Yeah...that." Foggy muttered, voice quiet.

He blushed but, even though Matt couldn't see it, he seemed to notice anyways, grinning at him.

"...I hate you sometimes. Can't believe I'm going to do this."

And he let go.
