Matt may have high morals, but the real reason he wants to leave Landman & Zack is because one of the partners is sexually harassing him. Maybe even uses his friendship with Foggy against him, i.e., he'll retract Foggy's offer if Matt doesn't suck his dick. Whether or not it goes to non-con levels is up to the author, but I just want a powerful older man ogling the shit out of Matt (and maybe even more).
