To make money in law school, Foggy agrees to have erotic photos taken of him by a creepy photographer. He's dreading it all week and ultimately confesses to Matt what he's doing. Matt, worried, says Foggy's not going without him, and it's not like Matt can see Foggy's modeling session. He just wants to make sure he's safe. Foggy reluctantly agrees.

When they arrive for the shoot, the creepy photographer is practically salivating at Matt for both fetishizing his blindness and those lips. He starts adding on zeros to Foggy's check if he can get Matt to join him. Matt very reluctantly agrees but does this for Foggy. He figures he can steal the pictures anyway like he planned to do for Foggy in the first place. The whole shoot is uncomfortable and skin-crawling with just an undertone of the attraction between Matt and Foggy.
