Basically Matt is both incapable of going out as Daredevil and not in his right mind. Maybe he broke a bone or got otherwise seriously injured and is on heavy painkillers, or is really sick and on cold or flu medicine or maybe he is drugged or drunk. Whichever, Foggy comes over to make sure he doesn't try to go out anyway and ends up having to comfort him because he can hear people getting hurt and can't do anything about it and it seriously upsets him. Also, he is more visibly emotional than he would otherwise be because of the painkillers/medicine/drugs or whatever in his system. Maybe Foggy has to hold him down(gently) to keep him from trying to get up and hurt himself? Just lots of hurt/comfort please.
