What happens with the denizens of Hell's Kitchen on Valentine's Day?

Who gets a date? Who rolls their eyes at the candy hearts? Who gets flowers? Who climbs through a window after patrol to patch up a cut and gets surprised with a sweet 'totally for bros, no really' gift for his troubles?
