The accident that blinded him didn't just effect his own senses: the senses of others are affected by his presence -meaning that sexual attraction to him is almost inevitable (provided he's not kicking your head in). I suggest a series of oneshots from the series' other characters, and their thoughts and feelings in Matt's presence, both as a civilian and Daredevil.
It's up to you whether Matt knows, but frankly, I think someone as smart as Matt would notice, even if it was a very subtle power.
