Def continuing to read then. I'm okay with horrific things as long as they're acknowledged as such. Lolita is a fascinating book, but when my bookclub all agrees that it's a lovely relationship and Humbert Humbert Did Nothing Wrong, it's time to get the hell out and find a bookclub that understands the concept of the unreliable narratator

I don't know, i guess the message here is just that I think it's really good. The simple, direct writing style works really well for Frank, and him double tapping the phone was a good way to lighten things up with a laugh. Can't wait to see where it's going
