Matt would definitely enjoy it and feel so guilty about it.

Frank, on the other hand, might feel relieved more than anything else. Because he enjoys it too much, whether he's tied down or not, and it's hard to stop himself when the bloodlust takes over. This way at least he doesn't have to struggle against it and he can just let himself go knowing that Matt will be safe.
