Yeah, I actually had found this one. I'd honestly thought, "Maybe enthusiasmgirl?," checked, and then said, "No, that's the one where Foggy's an empath mutant and it explodes in his head." I could have sworn there was a fic where Foggy had hug-related superpowers, but maybe I'm just really remembering the thread.
