Matt's gambit to pretend to be Ikari and distract Kingpin long enough for the cops to get there had a LOT of variables attached to it.

I don't mind how: Matt gives himself away as Ikari and Kingpin retaliates, Foggy's desperate act of a dying man actually gets him killed, Foggy's cancer isn't in remission, the cops get there too soon, WHATEVER - just give me a the fallout of Matt's luck finally running out.
