Generally all of these things would be okay by me, but in this particular scenario, I think a lot of this would be out of place. Since this is the first time that they will have been trying this particular (rather heavy!) kink, I think that the healthy thing to do would be to keep other kinks limited to pretty light things that they've done frequently before (like, maybe light bondage?).
That being said, I think that Karen (or whoever) doing some questionable dirty talk would be perfect for this prompt. It's one thing to negotiate the presence of dirty talk, but it seems like it would be a lot harder to negotiate the content of the dirty talk, especially when the person talking is riding high on a kink they've always wanted but never allowed themselves to have. It would also be something that could potentially really unnerve Matt.
tl;dr: No to heavy kinks, yes to uncomfortable dirty talk.
