I don't know enough about the US, but yeah, the Old Continent does have cases like that. Prosecution arguing that the victim consented to sex so it cannot be rape. Consented to sex with a different person than the one they actually had sex with? PFF, the victim wasn't aware of the partner's identity until AFTER the act, prior to that they were all for the sex, so the consent was freely given, case closed.
Shit jurisdictions are shit, basically. This makes me as mad as R v Bree and the dumb "drunken consent is still consent" because WOW HOW ABOUT NO.
