Aw man. The whole Shadowland thing would definitely be something that would bring home to MCU!Matt exactly how easily he could lose himself and hurt those he loves, but also how damn lucky he is to have a friend like Foggy. Even when Beast!Matt is going to kill him, Foggy truly has faith that Matt wouldn't hurt him, and the whole reason he gets caught by the Hand in the first place is when he breaks into their freaking fortress because he refuses to believe Matt's completely been taken over by the demon.
