Yes, I wanted to avoid that as much as possible...and because the show doesn't have any one case that fits what I'm trying to do with the story. I mean, it's House, there's going to be shit tons of emotional manipulation from all parties involved but the medical stuff should be original so that it feels like a real episode. That's how I'm approaching it anyway.
