Also wanted to point out that OP said Mpreg is fine. If w-anon chooses to go that route, than it would be obvious why the parent wouldn't know about the baby. I'm sure no matter how far into the pregnancy or what symptoms are experienced, a man probably wouldn't guess he was pregnant. Even if a doctor told him so, he probably wouldn't believe it without some really strong prove.
