Tony would understand Matt's desire to fight back against corruption; Steve would understand wanting to do what's right and helping people any way you can; Natasha would probably be able to pick right out of him how he was trained to be a living weapon; Thor would admire his drive to protect "his realm."
If they could get Matt to calm down for 5 seconds he'd see they're good people.
