Yaaaaas! I'm into both halves of that prompt, because I'm mean and Matt suffers so pretty, but Frank's anger over his 'altar boy' being abused like that? Matt and Frank might have a twisted frienemy-ship, but Frank's rage would be incandescent and a beautiful thing to behold. ♥ Gimme gimme!
