Like, he literally tells a girlfriend who loves him who inherited a powerful company from her father and wants to be CEO that she should give the company up to marry him and cook him dinner, encourages her heavily to do so even when she tries to make him understand, and then sabotages her behind her back to get what he wants. It is one of those things that you know at the time people took straight, but it's hard not to just laugh at it as a relic now.
