When they met in law school, Matt's initial response to Foggy could be seen as more bemused than amused. I'd love a story where Foggy is enchanted by his kind but stoic roommate and works really hard to get him to open up to a friendship because Foggy just knows in his core they're going to be best friends (if only Matt will allow them to).
Matt, meanwhile, has trust issues and never wants to let his guard down. Foggy, inexplicably, manages to slowly charm his way into Matt's heart, and changes him (for the better) in subtle ways.
But it's not always smooth sailing. What did Foggy do that was stepping over the line? What ends up breaking through Matt's walls?
