For me it's not so much the reposting (word for word) itself but the frequency with which it is done sometimes.

I think there should be a limit. maybe that you can only post it so many times or that you have to wait [x] amount of rounds before reposting it. (Whichever is easiest to implement)
And that you need to link back to the original posting of your prompt when you reprompt.

Thats what I think anyway.
