In a series I really enjoy there is an adorable scene involving two guys who occasionally share some homoerotic tension. They're out with a third guy, get into trouble but one half of the no-homo-couple figures out a solution to their problem.
Cue guy 3 going 'I could kiss you.'...and then asking the other half 'May I kiss him?'

So: Matt/DD, Foggy and a third person of your choice (a random Avenger? I'm not picky) stuck somewhere, Foggy figuring out a solution, random person asking Matt's permission and him being all 'Ehm...why are you asking me?'
