So Matt has actually defended Fisk in court in the comics before, which I think is pretty lulzy. So give me Fisk having Nelson and Murdock take up his defense. They're on retainer, after all!

I know it doesn't make much sense that he'd hire some rookie lawyers, but I can't imagine he has any money left after being arrested so he can't exactly afford anyone better. However way you have to spin it works for me.
