It should be 'doctora' (if it's indeed a woman. It's doctor for a man). Also depending on what country you are, most doctors would use formal 'usted' instead of tu.

So...

"Señor Murdock? Soy la doctora Mendez. Puede oírme?"

"Sí."

"Bien. Sabe dónde está?"

"El hospital...?"

"Eso es. Está a salvo."
