I'm a New Yorker (state, not city) and I'd just call it punch. Or spiked punch, but unless it's a church event or there are children present, I would generally assume any punch was alcoholic. May just be that I hang out with a bunch of drunks, though.

I do know what jungle juice is, but I wouldn't use the term myself.
