i feel like someone has probably already discussed but i skimmed the discussion post and couldn't see it (i easily could have missed it tho)
in the first episode matt told karen he'd give anything to see the sky one last time. at the time i assumed it was the truth but looking back i'm wondering what y'all think.
do you think it was
a) the truth
b) something he said to like tug at karen's heart and get her to open up to him about union allied
c) a little of both
