I love scenes where the enslaved person really expects the worst of the owner, and it doesn't happen. (Or does--I'm not gonna lie, I like me some darkfic.)

I also really like the truly demented sweetness/crazy it can give opportunities for. (The Ranskahovs/Matt slavefic, for example).
