In the fic I read and write, it's definitely all MCU!Matt. I'm not a big fan of comics in general, especially the older ones :x
That said, I did start reading Waid's run a few days ago and it's heaps of fun. VERY different from the MCU!Matt, though. Like the anon said above, this Matt is so relentlessly cheeky and funny ("sexy and he knows it" is accurate!) and the relationship between him and Foggy is fantastic.
For Foggy otoh, I definitely blend MCU!Foggy with Waid!Foggy. To be absolutely honest, I didn't like MCU!Foggy at first because he was a bit grating, though he grew on me eventually. But now, after reading the comics, he's just the most adorable, sweetest, bestest friend Matt could ever have and he deserves the world. <3
