OP here: So first of I was super misinformed when i thought Kilgrave was going to be in DD, it must have been some speculation from a while ago that I didnt check for accuracy. So actually, about the Claire thing, I think the whole thing might take place before DD, in terms of ep 13 of JJ having Claire talking about saving Matt from the dumpster/related mishaps, instead of after she leaves and comes back, perhaps? I also was getting super sleepy from mainlining all of JJ by then, so i may have missed something that indicated that she had already gone wherever and come back, but it might make more sense?

Although, I guess you are right, in that the opposite problem arises. Jessica and Luke were around for Fisk takeover or Matt was around for Kilgrave, and they didn't interact or intervene at all. They weren't even aware the other event happened, and both villains pretty clearly affected the entire neighborhood.
